If everything else fails, you can try from a different IP number or connect indirectly via one of those servers to which you have access. If that connection works, your WiFi's IP probably won't work until you address the issue I described above. Connect to one of those servers that you can access, and run the same ssh command from them. By default MobaXterm does not generate the key pair in the correct format. It is easy to find out if your WiFi IP is blacklisted. The issue I am currently facing with Mobaxterm is that whenever I spawn the second SSH session prior to the first SSH session, it will automatically. The only way to revert this is to delete that IP entry, or to place the same entry on the white list, which would be in /etc/hosts.allow. If you tried several times unsuccessfully, the IP number from which you tried to connect may have been placed on the black list - more specifically, in /etc/ny file. Third, it seems like the server is actively refusing the connection. You still can delete or obscure them because they are irrelevant to your question. MobaXterm enables Windows users to execute basic Linux/Unix commands on their local machine, connect to Hazel with SSH (X11 enabled), and to transfer files. Second, I don't think it is a good idea to give away your username and server address in open format.
